These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of goods and services supplied by Hurley’s Heavy Diesel Pty Ltd trading as Emerald Bearings & Hoses.
By purchasing goods or services from us, you agree to these terms.
We supply:
Bearings and seals
Hydraulic hoses and components
Power transmission products
Workshop machining services
Hydraulic cylinder repairs & overhauls
General agricultural and industrial repairs
CNC plasma cutting
Spitwater parts & servicing
Mobile boilermaker services
All services are subject to availability and workshop capacity.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
GST applies where applicable.
Payment terms may include:
Payment at time of purchase
Approved trading account terms
Deposit prior to commencement of major repair work
Overdue accounts may incur recovery costs.
Customers authorise us to carry out quoted repairs.
Additional work required beyond the original scope will be quoted where possible.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults not related to the repair.
Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to:
A repair, replacement or refund for major failures.
Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss.
Custom-built hydraulic hoses and machined components may not be refundable unless faulty.
Incorrectly ordered parts may incur a restocking fee.
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Liability is limited to the replacement or repair of goods or re-supply of services.
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party freight providers.
